If a guest wishes to cancel, their deposit will be refunded as follows:

The Cayman Islands official “Hurricane Season” is between 1 June and 30 November each year. Historically, the Cayman Islands have not received threats of hurricane until much later in the season, usually around September and October.
Refunds are available if a hurricane cuts your trip short. If the Cayman National Hurricane Committee issues a “Hurricane Warning” and visiting guests on the island are asked to return home, then White Sands Hideaway will refund any nights remaining on their reservations less a US$100. Administration Fee. Should a guest choose to remain on island, please note that they do so at their own risk and the Owner and the property manager will not be held liable. If there is not an official request by the Government for visiting tourists to evacuate the island, but the guest decided to leave anyway, then White Sands Hideaway will hold the funds on file from those unused nights for a future booking within a 12 month period, less the US$100. Admin Fee.
Terms And Conditions
White Sands Hideaway can cancel or reject bookings that don’t meet our requirements.
There is a minimum 3 night stay.
Bookings must be made by a guest aged 21+and be a guest staying at the property.
We accept all major credit cards and bank drafts/cashiers checks are also accepted.
Damage deposits are required. We require a $300. refundable deposit to be held during guest stay in case of damage.
The property has high-speed internet & telephone service but is not guaranteed. We make every effort to make sure the internet/WiFi is working properly prior to your arrival. If the internet/Wi-Fi/telephone is not working properly, we will make every effort to restore the connection, but cannot make any guarantees as the service is provided by an outside entity. If there is a technical problem that cannot be solved, White Sands Hideaway will not be responsible for any internet service provider and is not obligated to refund any of your money if there is any type of problem with the internet/telephone service.
Flight details must be provided within 30 days of arrival. Upon receipt of your flight details we’ll be able to advise you with the property managers information.
